Browser permissions
- tabs: used to identify the active webpage being audited and attach findings to the correct URL.
- scripting: used to run accessibility analysis and evidence-capture scripts on user-selected pages.
- UCS A11yAllies does not monitor unrelated browsing activity or collect full browsing history.
Cloud evidence storage
- Beta evidence is stored using UCS Cloud/hosted storage only.
- Evidence screenshots are watermarked before upload and used for findings and reports.
- Raw screenshots are not intended to be stored for Beta users.
- Beta evidence may be retained for a limited period for testing, audit, and support purposes.
Data sharing
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use accessibility findings or screenshots for advertising.
- We may use trusted hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the service.
